As Hospital Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to oversee daily operations, with a strong focus on team management, organisation, and business growth. Ultimately you will report to the Clinical Director.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 2 full-time vets, 3 nurses, 3 receptionists, 1 groomer and 1 Cleaner.
- Handling rosters, annual leave, and workflow to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Overseeing marketing, events and outreach programmes
- Identifying areas for improvement in bookings and hospital efficiency
- Ensuring the team runs effectively, even in your absence
- Working alongside the hospital’s leadership to implement positive changes

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Fluent is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- A background as a vet nurse
- Experience in a leadership or management role within a veterinary practice or similar setting
Soft Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to identify and solve operational challenges
- A confident, proactive leader who can establish authority while working collaboratively
- A good understanding of clinic workflows, client service, and business growth strategies
