REPORT TO: Technical Coordinator
WORKING DAY: 5days per week = 37.5 hours/weeks including Saturday or Sunday. However, s/he will be flexible to work following scheduling shifts.
The Healthcare Provider will work under supervision and direct reports to a Technical Coordinator (ultrasound & technical support) with the support of clinic manager. She is responsible for:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide service on short-term (STM) & long-term (LTM) birth spacing method, ANC/PNC/vaccination, gynecology services including visual inspection with acetic acid (VIA), and pep smear.
- Provide STI & HIV/AIDS, sexual health awareness and other services related with reproductive health to Male and Female.
- Provide safe abortion & post abortion care and refer as needed
- Ensuring all infection prevention standards applied for clinical practice following the national protocol as well as clinic’s guidelines.
- Reporting on any issues on time such as mal technical practice, hazardous incidents, complication and adverse event cases.
- Provide counseling on sexual awareness, NCD and other health areas as needed
- Performed other duties as required by direct supervisor or senior management team
- Prepare monthly and annual reports accurately and timely.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Midwifery , Secondary Midwife or Medical Doctor (Male or Female)
Work History:
- Work experience related to SRH services including IUD & Implant insertion/removal for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Medical Council Certificate, Midwife Council Certificate,
- Has work experience with private clinic or hospital is preferred
- Medical ethic knowledgeable
- Consultation /counseling skill
- Interpersonal communication (IPC)
- Good English and fluent Khmer both writing and speaking
- Computer literate in all key MS office (Word, excel, power point)
