Head of Student Affairs
Salary : Up to $5000
Reports to: Head of School
This position of Head of Student Affairs covers both the elementary program at Learning Jungle International School and the secondary program at Westview Cambodian International School.
- Set strategic goals for Student Affairs department to support the achievement of school goals and guiding statements
- Lead the Student Affairs Department to achieve the set goal
- Report achievement to the Head of School.
- Ensure organization school events and participate in the school marketing activities, fundraising events or other activities to promote student sense of belongings, school reputation and public image.
- Lead and support the student affairs department in their days to days
- Ensure good keep record of student grades, report cards, transcripts, behavioral records or any other records in compliance with the requirements from Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and school requirements.
- Develop and implement a system to evaluate the success of school programs and activities based on data of student learning outcomes from internal assessments and external assessment as well as data from student and parent surveys and feedback.
- Liaise with Front Office department to ensure parents receiving quality information about their child learning and well-being
- Liaise with Front Office department to receive timely parent feedback to improve their child learning and well-being as well as school programs and services
- Coordinate and support other department heads to achieve common school goals
- Coordinate with school counselor and other relevant staff members to ensure student safety and that they receive support from student affairs supervisors in their days to days
- Conduct regular facility inspection and report safety hazard and concern to the operations department and health and safety committee for timely intervention
- Take active role in various committees such as child protection and health and safety
- Ensure safe supervision during school hours especially during break times, PE, lunches and extra school hours classes/activities
- Conduct students and parents' surveys and analyze data to improve parent and student satisfaction of school program
- Plan student field trips and events to enrich student experience and learning outside of classrooms
- Liaise with third parties to create partnership, improve student experiences, or exchange good practices and friendship outside of school.
- Review school policies and procedures regularly to ensure safe and positive school environment for all learners
- Conduct staff performance review of the Department and provide reflective feedback and support staff to achieve their professional growth
- Model positive school climate and culture of thriving for excellence within the whole school.
- Develop professional development plans or training for the department.
- Meet with parents to discuss about student learning and well-being as well as other concerns per request
- Attend and conduct meetings with relevant staff members and teachers
- Perform other managerial tasks per the delegation from the Head of School related to the Student Affairs
- Hold Bachelor’s degree/ Master Degree of Education or TESOL, or related field;
- Minimum of 2 years experience in education field is preferred;
- Willing to advance career path with international school;
- Experience in international school is a plus;
- Experience in managing a team is a plus;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and deliver effective result;

Deputy Head of Student Affairs
Reports to Head of Student Affairs
Working days: Monday Friday; Time: 7:30am 4:30pm
This position of Deputy Head of Student Affairs covers both the elementary program at Learning Jungle International School and the secondary program at Westview Cambodian International School.
- Be able to set goals for Student Affairs department and execute the plans to achieve the set goals to support the achievement of school goals and guiding statements;
- Be able to serve as the line manager of an assigned group of Student Affairs Supervisors to support the team to perform their duty to the best of their ability, serving as role model and a leader who can build staff capacity and loyalty to the school.
- Report the team and own achievements to the head of student affairs and the school Director.
- Collaborate with other department heads in the achieve common school goals.
- Speak at or conduct public presentations, workshop or school events and activities when assigned by the head of student affairs or the school director.
- Plan student field trips and school events to enrich student experience and learning outside of classrooms
- Liaise with third parties to create partnership, improve student experiences, or exchange good practices and friendship outside of school.
- Coordinate the logistics of student activities, field trip, workshop and other school events.
- Ensure good keep record of student grades, report cards, transcripts, behavioral records or any other records in compliance with the requirements from Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and school requirements.
- Coordinate the report cards and transcript printing for students.
- Conduct parent and student satisfaction survey to evaluate the success of school programs or activities.
- Do presentation to the school management the outcomes of the survey and suggestions to improve the student and parent satisfaction.
- Meet with students and mentor SAS to resolve student complaints, enquiry and engagement.
- Meet with students and mentor students about their conduct, well-being, concern and inquiry.
- Meet with parents to discuss about student learning and well-being as well as other concerns per request
- Liaise with the Front Office department to ensure parents receive quality information about their child's learning and well-being, as well as to gather timely feedback for the enhancement of student learning, well-being, school programs, and services.

Student Affairs Supervisor
Reports to Head of Students Affairs
Working days: Monday Friday; Time: 7:30am 4:30pm
- Supervise student learning and monitor teaching quality in the international and Khmer programs of the assigned classes;
- Promote student joy for learning, sense of belonging, and character development within the school character profiles;
- Lead and support Khmer teachers in their work duties, including reviewing lesson plans, improving teaching standards/approach, and providing training and professional development plan in the Khmer Program;
- Coordinate with international teachers, program coordinator to improve student behavior and academic progress;
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure the smooth operations of the assigned classes, including coordinating the classroom decoration, arrangement and supplies as well as online technology, and infrastructure for online classrooms;
- Coordinate with teachers to prepare class schedule, letter home, textbooks, notebooks, study materials, and any learning tools to send home;
- Coordinate between the Front Office class supervisors and teachers to respond effectively to parent request and comment;
- Collect data on student learning, behavior, attendance, and conduct to assist the Academic Manager in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the international and Khmer programs;
- Ensure the academic and student records are in compliance with the requirements from Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and in the school shared drive;
- Prepare monthly report of achievement to the Academic Manager and propose improvement plan;
- Coordinate with teachers in the production of report cards every semester, proof-read and make correction, and print report cards to send home;
- Participate in the organization of Parent-Teacher Meeting and conduct parent satisfaction survey;
- Play a key role in positive school climate and culture of thriving for betterment toward the school goals;
- Participate in the school events promoting school program, parent workshop, student competitions, and awards ceremony;
- Meet with parents to discuss about student academic as well as other concerns; Meet with students to encourage positive behavior, conduct and academic progress;
- Attend and conduct educational trainings and conferences as needed;
- Attend and conduct academic meetings with relevant staff members and teachers;
- Perform other managerial tasks in accordance with the campus management.

Front Office Supervisor
Report to Front Office Manager
Working days: Monday Friday; Time: 7:30am 5:30pm.
- Act as a point of contact between school and home about attendance, lateness, schedule, school program, etc.;
- Ensure efficient and timely home communication of the assigned classes;
- Filter parent inquiry and respond to parent inquiry about student learning, school life, school fees, and other inquiries and report parent feedback on weekly and monthly basis;
- Lead initiatives and collaborate with faculty and Academic Class Supervisor to improve home school partnership and parent satisfaction about the school service;
- Ensure efficient drop off and pick up;
- Coordinate parent-teacher meetings as per parent/faculty request;
- Supervise meal time and lead initiatives to improve school foods
- Keep record of student incident and sickness;
- Collect fees payment and admission;
- Assist Front Office Manager to achieve the set target of student enrollment;
- Keep record of student enrollment and family information;
- Assist Front Office Manager in the daily operations to meet and exceed the parent expectations and requirements;
- Assist Front Office Manager in the overall improvement of parent satisfaction/school program and activities;
- Work with Front Office Manager to supervise the teaching team of the assigned classes/program to ensure the high rate of parent satisfaction of the assigned classes/program;
- Participate in the planning and preparation of the daily, short term and long term plans to increase the current parent satisfaction and attract new parents;
- Execute other tasks requested by Front Office Manager.
- Bachelor Degree in Education, Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
- Experienced in working with International School is a plus;
