About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to oversee multiple business units across hospitality, F&B, retail, manufacturing, and related operations.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, enforcing standards, improving profitability, and holding General Managers accountable through strong systems and disciplined execution.
You will sit above unit-level management and ensure every business performs to target.
- Build and manage group operational dashboards and KPI reporting
- Review sales, labour cost, wastage, productivity, and profitability trends
- Conduct regular operational audits across subsidiaries
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
- Hold General Managers accountable to targets and standards
- Improve SOP compliance, service standards, and execution quality
- Act as escalation point before issues become crises
- Support launches, restructures, and turnaround projects
- Report directly to Group CEO / COO / Chairman
- Senior operations experience managing multi-site businesses for 7 years
- Strong background in hospitality, restaurants, retail, manufacturing, or mixed operations
- Strong financial understanding (P&L, labour %, margins, cost control)
- Strong reporting and analytical capability
- Multi-unit restaurant or hospitality experience
- Cambodia market experience
- Experience managing fast-growth or founder-led businesses
- Proven leadership in driving accountability and results
- Able to challenge managers and improve weak performers
- Hands-on leader with execution mindset
Operations Admin Coordinator

We are hiring an Operations Admin Coordinator to support General Managers and Group Operations across multiple businesses.
This role is ideal for a highly organized person who enjoys structure, reporting, coordination, and making sure operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
You will be the backbone of day-to-day control and reporting.
- Prepare daily / weekly reports (sales, labour hours, wastage, covers, stock)
- Support scheduling and rostering compliance
- Track supplier orders, deliveries, and invoice matching
- Maintain checklists and SOP compliance records
- Follow up departments for missing reports or data
- Flag operational issues early to management
- Support payroll attendance inputs where required
- Assist GMs with admin, coordination, and action tracking
- Help maintain accurate and clean operational data
- Khmer - Good
- English - Basic
- Experience in admin, operations support, finance admin, or hospitality admin for 2 years
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Comfortable following up firmly with staff and managers
- Able to multitask and manage deadlines
- Good communication skills in Khmer and basic English
- Experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or multi-site businesses
- Experience with POS reports, inventory sheets, or payroll inputs
