Reporting Line: VP – Lubricants

- Ownership of Lubricants business P&L
- Develop and implement sales strategies for lubricants across the national market.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth across Automotive Oil Segment in Cambodia.
- Provide the demand forecast for all lubricant’s product segments to supply team and work closely with them to ensure product availability and working capital optimization on inventory.
- Report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Support senior management to develop long-term business plans that align both corporate financial objectives and lubricants business.
- Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns and materials for B2B & B2C.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze sales data to optimize pricing and product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage and oversee the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Act as manager coach by focusing on delivering operational objectives, building an inclusive and collaborative working environment, and developing people.
- Collaborate with legal team on Anti-Counterfeit and Smuggle products

- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive Management, or related field, MBA preferred.
