Dimensions of the Position
- Role as “Head of IT” overseeing and leading all IT projects, the IT environment, IT staff and their development.
- Reporting to the existing Head of IT for introduction and handover, then reporting to Head of Operations.
- Lead and continuously develop the agile IT team while working closely with management, external vendors and advisors.
- Manage the IT infrastructure, company data and IT customer support within budget, time constraints (budget development and tracking) and adequate confidentiality.
- Manage daily maintenance for high availability of the environment and lead crisis situations that may involve complex technical issues involving software, hardware and procedure.
- Initiate and lead efforts to improve IT processes, IT infrastructure, working methods, effective delivery of networks and managing security risks.
- Oversee or lead IT projects.
- Ensure timely communications regarding updates and changes to IT policies.
- Knowledge
- Bachelor degree of information technology, computer science or related field.
- Minimum three years’ experience leading IT teams and projects and four years’ experience working in IT operations.
- Skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to coach team members.
- Strong communication skills in English and Khmer, effective communication with customers, across the whole organization and the IT Team (incl. overseas).
- Sound understanding and practical experience in setting up and managing complex computer networks (managed switches, VLANs, firewalls) and cluster server system (preferably Synology NAS).
- Good understanding of today’s diverse IT technologies, web-applications, their benefits and potential. Preferably experience in managing Google Workspace.
- Experience in resolving Windows and Mac OS related computer problems.
- Able to determine and implement change processes to improve workflow efficiencies.
- Experience in teaching and sharing IT knowledge to teenagers / education.
- Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
IT Specialist
Maintain the ICF Cambodia IT environment, actively contribute to IT integration projects and perform IT end-user support.

- Manage the company network across three locations.
- Proactively resolve customer issues as part of the daily customer IT support on site, via phone or from a remote location.
- Support common business and productivity software.
- Take responsibility, lead small IT projects and complete them in time and budget.
- Actively contribute to a good working relationship with customers and other professionals across the whole organization.
- Engage in the regular agile meetings.
- Priorities and manage many open cases.
- Work continuously on a task until completion
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in IT
- Good skills to fix Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS related issues
- Basic project management understanding
- Knowledgeable of Printer installation and management
- Ability to work well in the team and priorities workload
- Be active in listening, questioning and proactive communication
- Confidently interact with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
Social Staff
Social Staff's primary mission is to address social issues targeting beneficiaries in our Social Programs. Apart from caring for physical needs, offering educational and recreational activities, the team’s focus is on a holistic approach by including the spiritual needs of the individual. The main tasks of a Social Staff are to work closely together with children and families to initiate a positive transformation based on and supported by Christian Values.

- A typical day for you with us could look like this:
- Start and preparation for the day, preparing reports and family meetings for assigned families or families in the team
- Visit to families and following up on issues and next steps of growth. Following up on general wellbeing, spiritual needs, education of children, health situation and relationship dynamics within the families.
- Connecting with relevant team members, such as community center and program coordinators for a client centered care
- Reporting of significant changes and events during Family Visits on daily report
- Regular meetings with both Social Supervisor and team members for support and exchange of experiences
- Your skills and experiences:
- The sensitivity and ability to build a professional relationship with the children and their families in your care
- The skills to give written reports and hand them it digitally
- Very advanced communication and critical thinking skills
- Open to grow continuously through learning from mistakes, receiving feedbacks and self-reflection
- A keen interest in child development and child protection
- Preferable at least one-year experience on social work with children, families or communities
- Preferably able to use computer, including e-mail, windows office (word and basic spreadsheet)
Church Guest Relation Leader
The purpose of this position is to represent the church as the heart of God’s love by creating a warm and welcoming environment where visitors and our members feel at home. To provide a sense of belonging where strangers become friends and family.
- Church Weekend Service
- Leading volunteers every weekend to run and support the church service
- Create a welcoming experience and a sense of belonging for the people who come to church
- Being familiar and work with different ministry leaders in order to provide direction for guests and introduce those who may be new to the church to our team
- Having the chairs and tables prepared before the church service takes place
- In charge of answering any questions visitors may have and be acquainted with the information table
- Recording the number of the attendees on the weekends
- Mission Team
- Contact with Key leaders to gather projects for missions’ teams
- Maintain relationships with partner churches that come with teams
- Planning schedule and plug missionaries to help in different ministries.
- Support VIP international Guests with guest relations
- Support teams with lodging, food, ministry. Also get feedback from them
- Having a few years’ experience working/ volunteering in the hospitality industry, including significant experience with international guests
- Excellent in written and communication skill both Khmer and English
- Ability to use computer, internet including e-mail, Microsoft office and social media platforms
- Display a positive attitude and provide a top-quality experience to all our guests
- Flexible schedule on weekdays, evening and weekend in rhythm with church life
- Lead by an example, develop and maintain a positive team spirit and be self-motivated
Church Media Staff
A church media staff is overseeing all ICF social media platforms and keeping the work collaboratively in supporting core ministries and media operations.
