Head of Human Resources
Location: HQ
- Developing and implementing Human Resources management strategies, HR policies, and procedures in line with the business needs
- Developing & Leading the organization of HR Services including Recruitment, Employment processing, Learning & Development, Career Development, HR Management system, Compensation & Benefits…
- Liaising directly with the Management and being accountable for the performance of HR functions across Departments
- Participating in determining the Recruitment strategy. Ensuring recruitment of quality staff in accordance with the required recruitment plan.
- Developing and implementing performance management policies and procedures
- Developing and implementing staff compensation policies to retain and attract key skills and enhance employee commitment
- Developing and implementing employee relations policy and guideline to be consistent with relevant labor legislation and business needs
- Other tasks will be assign by line management
- Master degree in HR Management, General Management or any related majors
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a HR function
- Strong understanding and knowledge about Labor Law and HR best practices
- Knowledge about HR Management system.
- Strong skills in leadership, relationship and problem solving
- Coordination skills and ability to work in a team environment are essential
- Have excellent English & Khmer written and verbal communication skills
