Position Summary

Report to: Country Director

Duration: Long term (initial contract two years)

Role overview:

The Head of Fundraising is responsible for managing fundraising staff and overseeing donor engagement, fundraising and proposal writing, alongside managing high value and institutional fundraising projects; international partnership development (IPD) and the mobilization of strategic resources at the international and national levels to support ActionAid Cambodia programming. S/he will also oversee and supervise Child Sponsorship team and IT Officer. The Head of Fundraising will coordinate ActionAid International, Funding Affiliates, different functions in ActionAid Cambodia, partners, and donors to seek diversified funding sources to contribute to the effective delivery of the Country Strategy Paper (CSP).
