Heads (Deans) are academic leaders who have academic, managerial, quality assurance and fiscal responsibilities for a school.
- Manage the setup and daily operations of an academic school - School of English
- Liaise with Head office in Singapore for all academic and operational matters for effective delivery of the degree courses.
- Liaise with the local MoEYS for compliance, approval and adjustments of existing and delivery of new courses.
- Supervise and train the teaching faculty for EAMU’s Way of teaching, the smooth conduct of classes, assessments and school activities to support excellent academic performance
- Manage the proper record of student attendance, conduct and individual performance for intervention strategy to achieve maximum progressions and completion of courses.
- Manage the activities of both pre- and post- stages of each teaching semester, including course planning, resources management and class scheduling
- Develop and collaborate with local businesses and communities for enhancements of our programmes, including establishing internships and career opportunities.
- Set up the training centres to support the academic courses so that our students gain practical skills to make them employment ready.
- Develop and coordinate with our existing and potential overseas university partner and QA associations for validation or accreditation of courses.
- Teach to understand the learning environment of our students and faculty so as to adopt initiatives to enhance their learning experience.

- Head of Foundation, Languages and Communication at the university level for 3 years as a minimum
- Teaching experience at university level for 5 years as a minimum
- Corporate working experience is expected for Head of School
- Strong network of teaching and research faculty
- Fluent in English. You are expected to communicate daily in English
- Highly competent in teaching pedagogy and assessment methods.
- Possess good computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Strong work ethics, responsible and a passion for teaching.
Enrollment Manager

- Promotion of designated academic programs/ courses to prospective applicants
- Developing own enrolment plan for designated courses.
- Setting and achieving quarterly enrolments and profitability targets.
- Generating leads and conducting promotional activities such as school talks, education fairs, road shows and course talks
- Facilitating student applications and enrolment process
- Preparing weekly and monthly enrolment reports, market intelligence analysis.
- Coordinating with the creative team for overall conceptualization and production of marketing materials and projects

IT Support Officer

- Responsible for the functionality and connectivity of the MIS office with the campus
- Providing IT support – hardware, software and systems to all different user groups in the campus
- Managing the daily operational IT needs, including managing, monitoring, maintaining and upgrading existing IT systems e.g. servers, operating systems, hardware, software, printers and scanners
- Assisting to ensure the smooth functioning of the VIOP phone system
- Managing the camera and sound system for security and class room delivery
- Managing the IT inventory and assets at optimal level
- Network Management to achieve efficiency of workflow and security

- In-depth knowledge on technology and service management
- Knowledge of current software and hardware and their deployment
- Knowledge of Windows Servers, Domain Server, File Server; Email Server, technical networks, Firewall etc
- Knowledge of website development and maintenance preferably Word Press will be an advantage
