This position ensures the efficient, safe, and sustainable management of the school’s campus and operations by overseeing facilities, security, health and safety, transportation, and strategic infrastructure improvements to support a thriving learning environment.
- Strategic Facilities and Operations Leadership: Direct and manage all aspects of the school's operations, including facilities maintenance, security, transportation, budgeting, vendor management, and event logistics, while overseeing the operations team and implementing digital systems for efficiency and reporting.
- Health, Safety, Security, and Compliance: Chair the school-wide Health and Safety Committee, establish and lead the Risk and Crisis Management framework, and ensure continuous compliance with all health, safety, security, environmental, and building regulations and codes.
- Planned Campus Development and Sustainability: Lead the planning and execution of all capital projects and facility upgrades, including enhancements to learning spaces, sports facilities, and security systems, with a strong focus on sustainable campus initiatives like solar energy and water conservation.
- At least experience at a senior level in commercial or not for profit operations management for 5 years
- Appropriate qualifications in business administration, facilities management, engineering, project management or similar
- Qualification in Project Management, Facilities Management or similar
- Job health and safety training such as NEBOSH
- Technical job knowledge of facilities systems
