Duties
  • Plan Management (Receiving plan from estate manager and forward to director subordinate staff for properly implement. Monitoring and organizing action work plan into daily, monthly in division. Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records).
  • Management and Leadership (Leading and pushing all natural activities in division to be effective and efficiency following up plantation SOPs. Understanding the implications of the weather and making contingency plans. Protecting and preventing risk and hazard in field).
  • Responsibility (Checking muster chit of check-roll workers books with actual number of check-roll workers every morning. Doing monthly management, cash requisition, diesel consumption and estimate diesel consumption every monthly. Making contract agreement between company and contractor according to company‘s policy and regulations. Doing contract payment when the contractor has done following the contract agreement. Checking and monitoring the quality, quantity and cost with all work activities in field. Preparing document for RSPO internal and external audit every year. Planning and assigning work activities every day for subordinate staff then mentoring and monitoring them. Managing and assigning vehicles as possible in division. Making sure that manpower is properly reach division’s requirement for all operations. Plantation’s document related to HR and Admin processing. Preparing and doing a request for division’s infrastructure. Annual staff’s performance evaluation).
  • Daily and Monthly Report (Directly report to estate manager. Gathering and writing daily report from maintenance and harvesting conductors and reporting to estate manager every day. Doing monthly management report to estate manager every the end of the month).
  • Monitoring Plantation SOPs (Conducting of any training courses with all subordinate staff according to plantation SOPs, including PPEs using, ​make sure they are understanding and acknowledging of their responsibility).
  • Problem Solving (Communication and regular consultations with conductors in various issues aimed at strengthening work effectively and appropriately high operating standards. Be able to deal with issues and any conflict occur in division.
  • Special Assignment (Participating social activities and well communication with neighboring authority and people living surrounding division to ensure internal unity and security to the plantation and company. Joining all the company’s activities to protect company’s development in purpose to push the successfulness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Agriculture or relate field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience at least in leadership and management.
  • Have Leadership & Management skilled
  • Good in English language, Problem solving
  • Computer Skilled (Ms. Word and Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email)
  • Patient, honest, trustworthy and team work and Be able to stay and work in rural area

Duties
  • Receiving budget and plan from top management and distribute to direct subordinate staff for proper implement
  • Monitoring and organizing action work plan in daily, monthly, and annual.
  • Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Problem solving and support
  • Monitoring muster meeting (All manpower & staff)
  • Monitoring all document & report such as monthly management, cash requisition, diesel consumption and estimate diesel consumption, vehicle maintenance or repairing, daily of all operational report.
  • Monitoring and approval all contract payments and check-roll workers payments before sending to management level and other dep.t related.
  • Preparing document for RSPO internal and external audit as scheduled or requirement
  • Finding or learning new technical for improvement Estate’s field condition, more efficiency work, staff abilities
  • Daily/Monthly planning & implement all operations in Estate Management (Coaching & Leading & Monitoring/ Evaluation)
  • Gathering daily report from all head divisions and do summary it and then do the report directly to associate Director & Director of plantation regularly.
  • Checking and signing all of monthly activity books and report
  • Estimating volume FFB supply in daily and then pass to associate Director and Director of Plantation in morning
  • Reporting any progress of harvesting an volume FFB in every evening to Associate Director & Director regularly.
  • Monitoring and adapting any transection OWL report and summit for proceeding
  • Preparing all document support for doing official PR and Pos into SAP system
  • Conducting any training course with all subordinate staff according to plantation SOPs (Human development)
  • Promoting and shearing RSPO principles, company policies and regulations to all staff and workers to understand and implement (Comply to law and responsibilities)
  • Keeping in touch and quickly response to top management with all issues and conflict happen in estate.
  • Communication and regular consultations with leaders in various issues aimed at strengthening work effectively and appropriately high operating standards
  • Be able to deal with issues and any conflict occur in estate.
