Senior Executive, HR & Admin

- Administration Management
- Oversee daily operations of security, cleaning, gardening, canteen, nurse, and driver services to ensure smooth workplace operations.
- Manage staff rental houses, hostels, and locker facilities.
- Administer company vehicle management and usage control.
- Supervise stationery inventory and office housekeeping standards.
- Manage vendor and supplier selection, renewal, and performance monitoring.
- Support and coordinate company events, including liaising with suppliers and service providers.
- Maintain proper documentation of events, including photo and video records.
- Monitor service agreement renewals and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payments according to Terms of Agreement (TOA).
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Source and recruit suitable talents through standardized recruitment processes to meet departmental manpower plans.
- Partner with hiring manager to identify hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment aligned with workforce planning.

- General Business Laws & HR Compliance
- Ensuring compliance with Cambodian Labor Laws and HR regulations through LACMS, SICMS, FWCMS, NSSF.
- Monitor company compliance with all applicable Cambodian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Obtain and renew necessary business permits, licenses, and certificates as required by law.
- Liaise with government officials to stay informed of regulatory changes and ensure company compliance.
- HR Shared Services & Workplace Safety & Health
- Maintain proper and secure management of employee personal records, ensuring confidentiality and restricted access.
- Collaborate with Group HR Shared Services to ensure employee data is updated in the HR system (Employee Central).
- Monitor and report employee annual leave balances to Line Managers monthly.
- Partner with EHS personnel to ensure workplace safety and compliance with government regulations.
- Manage stationery inventory and ensure proper control through the Stationery Taking Book.

- At least experience in general administration management, compliance; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred for 3 years as a minimum
- Good knowledge human resource concepts, practices and procedures, labor law and able to interpret the law

- Ability to communicate both in Khmer and English effectively
