Position Summary

Location: Base in RGPPSEZ, Kambol, Phnom Penh

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Growth
  • Develop multi-year and annual marketing roadmaps to drive sustainable business growth and deliver against business KPIs.
  • Lead price-pack architecture and SKU-level profitability, optimizing product assortments and launching high-margin innovations.
  • Integrated Marketing & Digital Execution
  • Lead end-to-end digital campaigns—from media planning and creative steering to advanced analytics—to boost brand awareness and likeability.
  • Brand Activation, flawlessly execute integrated marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand voice across all digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Innovation & Product Pipeline
  • Lead end-to-end NPD lifecycle from ideation and conceptualization to commercial launch, ensuring every new SKU solves a documented consumer pain point.
  • Cross-Functional Gatekeeping: Manage the Stage-Gate process, collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to launch timelines.
  • Consumer-centric validation, direct concept testing and sensory research to validate product-market fit before heavy capital investment.
  • Conduct regular "keep/kill" analyses on the existing lineup to clear shelf space for high-potential innovations.
  • Trade Marketing & Sales Alignment
  • Develop Trade Marketing strategies that bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales, streamlining processes to hit volume and visibility targets.
  • Customer Engagement, design annual promotional plans and innovative trade programs to drive speed and strengthen relationships with key distributors.
  • Sales Enablement, produce high-impact POS materials, sales collateral, and presentations to secure retail wins and increase in-store visibility.
  • Direct the tradeshow strategy and industry presence to position the brand as an innovative market leader.
  • Market Intelligence & Administration
  • Track and report on competitor activities and product offerings to maintain a proactive market position.
  • Streamline marketing administration and financial submissions to ensure full transparency and budget adherence.

Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Master's Degree is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing/ management, or product management
  • Experience in working closely with and/or leading sales teams is desired.
  • Experience in consulting, channel marketing and/or B2B marketing is useful.
  • Relevant social media management, digital marketing, on line community management experience is preferred
  • Highly Project Management Skill
  • Professional English both speaking and writing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite application
Soft Skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
 
 

Senior Executive, HR & Admin

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Location: Base in RGPPSEZ, Kambol, Phnom Penh

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Administration Management
  • Oversee daily operations of security, cleaning, gardening, canteen, nurse, and driver services to ensure smooth workplace operations.
  • Manage staff rental houses, hostels, and locker facilities.
  • Administer company vehicle management and usage control.
  • Supervise stationery inventory and office housekeeping standards.
  • Manage vendor and supplier selection, renewal, and performance monitoring.
  • Support and coordinate company events, including liaising with suppliers and service providers.
  • Maintain proper documentation of events, including photo and video records.
  • Monitor service agreement renewals and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payments according to Terms of Agreement (TOA).
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Source and recruit suitable talents through standardized recruitment processes to meet departmental manpower plans.
  • Partner with hiring manager to identify hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment aligned with workforce planning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing HR advisory support to enhance talent selection and workforce effectiveness.
  • Track recruitment progress and prepare detailed recruitment reports.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by engaging candidates and collecting required compliance documents (e.g., NSSF card, employee workbook, bank details, personal information).
  • General Business Laws & HR Compliance
  • Ensuring compliance with Cambodian Labor Laws and HR regulations through LACMS, SICMS, FWCMS, NSSF.
  • Monitor company compliance with all applicable Cambodian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Obtain and renew necessary business permits, licenses, and certificates as required by law.
  • Liaise with government officials to stay informed of regulatory changes and ensure company compliance.
  • HR Shared Services & Workplace Safety & Health
  • Maintain proper and secure management of employee personal records, ensuring confidentiality and restricted access.
  • Collaborate with Group HR Shared Services to ensure employee data is updated in the HR system (Employee Central).
  • Monitor and report employee annual leave balances to Line Managers monthly.
  • Partner with EHS personnel to ensure workplace safety and compliance with government regulations.
  • Manage stationery inventory and ensure proper control through the Stationery Taking Book.
  • Other support assigned by supervisor.

  • Good knowledge human resource concepts, practices and procedures, labor law and able to interpret the law
  • Skilled in employee data management, vendor and event coordination, and workplace safety.
  • Ability to communicate both in Khmer and English effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with digital platforms
  • Experienced in HR information systems preferred
Soft Skills
  • Strong communicator with problem-solving abilities
