Duties & Responsibilities:
- Willing to work with and troubleshoot HP large scale printer, such as Latex, Pagewide XL, Design Jet.
- Willing to work with and troubleshoot and install HP, Toshiba copier machines.
- Should be able to configure, troubleshoot printer software, firmware.
- Prompt response to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and email.
- Diagnose and resolve IT related hardware and software issues.
- Work independently within assigned priorities and project schedules.
- Be willing to work outside of the standard business hours as necessary.
- Clear, courteous and professional verbal and written skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar.
- Experience in printer, copier hardware break fix.
- Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of office equipment preferred. HP, Toshiba experience a plus
- Basic network connectivity troubleshooting skills.
Junior Hardware Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Repair Desktop, Laptop computer hardware, creating blueprints of computer equipment to be built
- Prompt response to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and email
- Diagnose and resolve IT related hardware and software issues
- Work independently within assigned priorities and project schedules
- Be willing to work outside of the standard business hours as necessary
- Clear, courteous and professional verbal and written skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar.
- Experience in Desktop / laptop hardware break fix.
- Experience in HP, Lenovo products is an added advantage.
- Experience supporting Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
- Basic network connectivity troubleshooting skills.

- Liaison with our HR agencies – CVs, Current market salary structure and incentives, HR schemes
- Posting Job Ads, Arranging CVs, Scheduling job interviews, assisting in interview process, Issue appointments letters.
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
- Orienting new employees to the organization.
- setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.
- Preparing new employee files and maintaining earlier employee files and data base.
- Assisting with exit interviews
- Completing termination paperwork
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Satisfying the employee queries as per our rules and norms.
- Assist in Employee appraisals and annual rewards.
- Come out with employee motivation and retaining, attract CVs etc.
- On time Furnishing monthly pay roll related information.
- Compiling various HR related MIS
- Minimum management bachelor degree.
- Apprx. 3-4 years relevant job experience
- Pleasing personality, Good Interpersonal skills, Good English and Khmer Communication
- MIS preparation awareness.
- Ability to independently deal at various management levels.
- Flair for financial matters – At Operational Level / Analysis etc.
