A Graphic Designer & Video Editor at AUPP Liger Leadership Academy is responsible for creating, managing, and publishing high-quality visual and video content that promotes the school's brand and supports its marketing, admissions, and communications strategies. The Graphic Designer & Video Editor serves as the school's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all print and digital platforms while capturing the essence of school life, such as events and student achievements.
- Multimedia Content Creation:
- Graphic Design: Create engaging assets, including brochures, prospectuses, newsletters, flyers, posters, banners, and digital graphics for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email campaigns, and the school website.
- Video Production: Capture, edit, and produce high-quality videos, including promotional materials, event recaps, and parent/student testimonials.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials strictly adhere to the school's branding guidelines (colors, fonts, logo usage).
- Marketing & Admissions Support:
- Produce materials for Open Days, school tours, and recruitment campaigns to attract new families.
- Develop digital content for marketing campaigns aimed at increasing student enrollment.
- Event Documentation:
- Attend school activities, performances, sports, and community events (sometimes outside regular hours) to take photos and record video.
- Content Management & Administration:
- Manage the full production process of the annual school yearbook.
- Maintain an organized, archived library of photo and video assets.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, admissions, and senior leadership teams, as well as teachers and students, to capture the school's ethos.
- Usually requires at least of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in an educational or creative industry setting for 3 years
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in operating professional cameras, lighting equipment, and audio/microphone setups.
- Creativity: Strong storytelling ability and a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout composition.
