Graphic Designer is to create visual assets for events, collaborating with teams and clients to understand project goals and translate them into compelling to develop cohesive branding and graphics for everything from invitations and stage backdrops. Responsibilities include conceptualizing designs, translating event themes into visual elements, and utilizing graphic design software to produce print and digital materials that enhance the event experience and meet objectives.

- Conceptualization and Design: Develop innovative and creative visual concepts, layouts, and designs for a variety of advertising materials, including print ads, digital banners, websites, email campaigns, brochures, and other promotional collateral.
- Execution: Execute design projects from concept to final production, ensuring all design files are prepared accurately and according to specifications for both print and digital platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand integrity and consistency across all design projects.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of creative innovation.
- Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least two years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an advertising agency. Experience with social media graphics is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of work, creativity, and technical proficiency.
- Proficiency in in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Enscape.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for learning and growing.
Intern Copywriter
Department / Functional Area: Creative
Intern Copywriter is to support the creative team by assisting in the development of engaging copy and ideas for campaigns, while gaining hands-on experience in advertising and brand communication.
Direct supervisor: Copywriter
- Assist in writing clear, engaging, and creative copy for ads, social media posts, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Support senior copywriters and art directors in brainstorming sessions and campaign development.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to help shape messaging.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, tone, and consistency.
- Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to creative meetings.
- Learn and apply advertising principles, brand voice guidelines, and content strategies.
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to content and creative projects.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, or related field.
- Strong interest in advertising, creative writing, and brand storytelling.
- Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
- Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
- Portfolio of writing samples (academic, personal projects, blogs, or creative work) is preferred but not required.
