Cambodian Children’s Fund (CCF) is one of the leading international NGO that contribute to social development through providing life-changing education, nourishment and healing to vulnerable children from some of Cambodia’s most destitute communities with its vision to transform them into tomorrow’s leaders. This well respected NGO, currently, cares for more than 2,400 students and 10,000 people annually, helping entire families and communities in crisis through a significant array of programs and initiatives.

CCF operates in Cambodia through strong support relationship development and fundraising businesses in USA, Australia, UK, and Hong Kong. It has grown rapidly since its inception. To support the development, CCF is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Graphic Designer

Position Summary

About Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer is needed to produce high-quality graphic designs for both internal and external online and printed marketing materials. The graphic designer will edit, create and design high quality web and print materials in Khmer and English as needed for the organization. He or she will work in the marketing and fundraising team and is encouraged to identify projects that will help to further drive the CCF mission.

Report to: Marketing and Communication Manager

Key liaison : All marketing and communication team

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Produce designs as required by the Marketing and Communications Manager
  • Ensure that CCF branding, design and style is followed throughout the organisation - from business cards to presentations, letterheads, signs, uniforms, and videos.
  • Provide as required other media materials (in Khmer and English)
  • Social Media - banners, photo-driven designs, info graphics, posts, designs for video.
  • Facility Design Needs - t-shirt designs, redesigns of certain printed and online marketing materials.
  • Campaign Marketing - print and online materials for all campaigns.
  • Internal and external designs - designs that supplement internal and external newsletters, info graphics, signage.
  • Info graphics for online and print, Annual reports and Brochures.
  • Illustrations, storyboards, and animations.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Cambodian applications Only
  • Visibly ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work;
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Design or related fields;
  • At least 3 years experiences in Design and website;
  • Knowledge of Art/photo direction, print and digital production;
  • Expert level with the Adobe Creative Suite of programs and other related design tools;
  • Strives for excellence, able to collaborate, ask for advice and focus on how to improve;
  • Systematic, highly organized, communicative and able to work clearly and work to deadlines;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and initiative to take on projects and ideas before assigned;
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once while meeting tight deadline;
  • High compassion and commitment to work with community people and poor children.

Remunerations

CCF provides successful candidates a competitive salary based on job and potential.
