As a Visual Designer, you will work closely with the Marketing and Business teams to create engaging visual assets across social media, paid ads, landing pages, CRM materials, and offline touchpoints. You will ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines while also adapting to local market needs.
This role requires strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, along with the ability to translate marketing briefs into impactful creatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, open to feedback, and motivated to continuously improve both creative quality and execution speed.
- Develop visually engaging and brand-consistent static, motion, and video content for digital and print platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, banners, posters, etc.).
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize creative storyboards and campaign visuals aligned with marketing objectives.
- Manage video production end-to-end, including scripting, editing, sound, and final rendering.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) to boost audience engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop promotional and storytelling assets that align with campaign goals.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media aesthetics, and creative tools to improve quality and innovation.
- Prepare print- and digital-ready files for production or publishing.

- Experience in handling design briefs that required creative solutions to visual challenges, ensuring the brand message is effectively conveyed through innovative design
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other graphic design tools is essential
- Experience in Marketing Department, both offline and offline in Travel and Tourism Industry is a plus point
- Proficiency in both the local language and English for effective communication
- Ability to do multiple projects simultaneously
Business Development Support Executive

Deliver high quality bus travel experience by ensuring that all customer escalations from the central support team is resolved by working closely with the local field team and bus operators. The role will also support in providing Management Information System (MIS) support for Business Development Team.
- Ensure all escalations that come from Central support team are resolved within agreed timelines
- Maintain exceptional relationships with bus operators and field teams to provide fast closures
- Provide inputs to Business Development Team on long term solutions to fix some of the root causes of escalations
- Support Business Development Team with MIS requirements
- Support in driving local initiatives and other tasks assigned by Manager
- In addition, the role will support ad hoc projects, primarily related to bus operator campaigns and branding initiatives. This may include assisting with influencer marketing campaigns and other related activities as needed.
