Global MEAL Officer

Location: Remote applications accepted. Final duty station must be one of our programme country offices: Kathmandu, Nepal / Phnom Penh, Cambodia / Antananarivo, Madagascar.
Contract: Full-time, renewable

Selection process: 1 technical round, followed by 1 panel interview
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead high‑quality evaluations of student learning outcomes and teaching quality across four countries.
- Ensure rigorous data integrity, analysis, and reporting to drive programme improvement.
- Produce quarterly and annual impact reports and develop MEAL guidelines and tools.
- Generate insights through qualitative studies and develop learning initiatives on what accelerates foundational learning.
- Build knowledge‑sharing systems and learning platforms across country and global teams.
- Strengthen MEAL capacity through training, guidance, and school‑level data‑use support.

Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- You bring experience designing baseline, midline, and endline evaluations in education - ideally using foundational literacy and numeracy tools. You’re analytical, collaborative, and confident working with diverse international teams to turn data into meaningful action.
