Purpose / Mission
The General Manager is responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial success of the SME. You will lead the development and manufacturing of home and personal care products, oversee supply chain and quality assurance, and drive commercial growth to expand market share while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

- Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the company’s short and long-term business strategies, including scaling operations to meet SME growth targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, product line extensions.
- Manage P&L (Profit and Loss), optimize operating costs, and maximize revenue and profitability
- Production, Product & Technical Management
- Oversee factory daily operations, production efficiency, product quality, and safety standards.
- Supervise the Product Development Chemist: approve new product projects, formulas, and quality specifications; review product improvement plans.
- Manage relationship with External Agency: coordinate machinery maintenance, repair services, and technical support immediately when errors or breakdowns occur in production machines.
- Ensure production plans match sales demand and raw material availability.
- Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including raw material sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and warehousing.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and consistent supply.
- Optimize production efficiency and oversee packaging, distribution, and logistics.
- Team Leadership & Organizational Building
- Recruit, train, and mentor department heads, including production, sales, marketing, and R&D teams.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and innovation-driven company culture.
- Set clear KPIs for all departments and conduct regular performance reviews
- Marketing & Sales
- Lead go-to-market strategies for Depo, retail and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
- Work closely with marketing to build brand equity, oversee digital campaigns, and design promotional strategies.
- Build and manage relationships with key distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms to drive sales.
- Coordination with Group / Morea Company
- Work closely with Morea’s Head of Development to ensure consistent policies and smooth collaboration.
- Coordinate with Morea SCM Department & Warehouse Staff to ensure proper material supply, storage, and delivery support for SMF factory and orders.
- Work with Morea FND (Finance) for budget control, payment, accounting, and financial compliance.
- Coordinate with Morea HRD regarding recruitment, staff welfare, training, and HR policies.

- Collaborate with Sales Team to create promotions, trade activities, and customer engagement programs across different sales channels (Retail, Depo, D2C, and Distribution).

- Develop and execute annual sales strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with company business goals and growth targets.
- Set monthly/quarterly sales targets, break them down by region, channel, and customer type; assign goals to team members and monitor progress.
- Analyze market potential, customer demand, competitor activities, and pricing trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Align with Morea National Sales Manager: ensure all sales policies, pricing structures, discount levels, and channel rules follow group standards and guidelines.
- CHANNEL & CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
- Manage and grow sales across all channels: Depot / Distributor network, Modern Trade / General Retail, and Direct-to-Consumer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, major distributors, retail partners, and important clients; negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements to secure business.
- Expand distribution network and market coverage; identify and onboard new partners or customers to increase market penetration.
- Resolve customer complaints, delivery issues, or product concerns promptly to maintain trust and loyalty.
- TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed assigned targets.

- With Morea FND (Finance): Coordinate payment terms, follow up on collection, manage credit control, and resolve invoicing or payment issues.
- REPORTING & OPTIMIZATION
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, market analysis, and performance reviews to the General Manager.
- Monitor inventory levels and sales velocity to recommend production adjustments or stock replenishment plans.
