General Manager

Position Summary

Report to CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

Location Chba Ampov, Phnom Penh

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a business, ensuring that all departments work together efficiently to achieve the company's strategic goals. The GM plays a critical role in managing staff, developing business strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the company’s operations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate department managers and staff.
  • Foster a positive, productive work environment and promote teamwork.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Set performance goals and track progress against targets
  • Financial Management:
  • Oversee the budget, financial planning, and reporting processes.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Prepare financial reports for top management and stakeholders.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and efficient resource management.
  • Develop and manage operational systems and processes.
  • Address and resolve operational issues and challenges.
  • Customer and Client Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and partners.

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field, An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Years of experience in a managerial role, head of Sale/Marketing or head of distribution from FMCG, Distribution.
  • Proven track record of achieving business goals and managing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in business management software and tools.

Sale Supervisor

Position Summary

Report to Sale Manager

Location Chba Ampov, Phnom Penh

We are looking for a motivated person to lead and manage sales at the depot level. This role involves planning monthly sales, guiding the sales team, and making sure sales targets are met. The right candidate will support sales strategies, build good customer relationships, solve problems quickly, and be willing to travel to provinces when needed.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Implement monthly sales activity plans to support the smooth operation of the company’s sales process.
  • Lead and manage the depot, including supervising the sales team to achieve the company’s sales targets.
  • Monitor daily sales activities of the depot and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure monthly sales goals are met.
  • Provide sales experience and strategies to depots, offer sales ideas to regional sales staff, and motivate the team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Resolve market-related issues and disputes between sales staff and customers, including customer complaints, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales on sales targets and execution progress to ensure sales operations run smoothly every month.
  • Be flexible and willing to travel to provinces when required by the company.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and Marketing
  • Age between 25 and 40 years
  • Experience in managing regional depots is prefer
  • Able to handle stock reports and manage inventory
  • Good communication, negotiation, and team motivation skills
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet)
