Grand LN Residence seeks general manager who 5+ years of experience in hotel management or operations, with a proven track record of driving excellence in service and guest satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Staff Management
  • Assess/verify team progress
  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Marketing and Sale Management
  • Financial Management
  • Periodically repot to executives
  • Ensure adequate staffing
  • Strategic Event Planning
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in or management experience
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Motivational abilities
  • Familiarity with budgeting/finance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytic problem-solving style
  • Comfort delegating roles
