The Big Easy, a well-established and busy hostel group is looking for a General Manager to oversee all areas of operation at one of our locations in Cambodia.

Duties
  • Develop and implement the short and long term operational, sales and marketing goals and targets
  • Ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain stock and margin control of all F&B
  • Management of human resources
  • Payroll and Accounting
  • Implementing the sales and marketing strategy
  • Implementing the event schedule
  • Management of the Online Travel Agent and Booking system, ensuring occupancy and revenue targets are met
  • Overseeing the maintenance & housekeeping of the hostel
  • Implementing the development plan
Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position on the hospitality sector
  • High level managerial and leadership qualities
  • English proficient
  • Up to date with current marketing channels and techniques
