General Manager (in Cambodia)
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
The Big Easy, a well-established and busy hostel group is looking for a General Manager to oversee all areas of operation at one of our locations in Cambodia.
- Develop and implement the short and long term operational, sales and marketing goals and targets
- Ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain stock and margin control of all F&B
- Management of human resources
- Payroll and Accounting
- Implementing the sales and marketing strategy
- Implementing the event schedule
- Management of the Online Travel Agent and Booking system, ensuring occupancy and revenue targets are met
- Overseeing the maintenance & housekeeping of the hostel
- Implementing the development plan
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position on the hospitality sector
- High level managerial and leadership qualities
- English proficient
- Up to date with current marketing channels and techniques
