Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for department heads or executives.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
- Handle with general aadministrative duties: data entry, printing, stamping, scanning, filing, etc.
- Keep a clear and consistent record of all General Affairs-related matters at YHCCF.
- Office Management
- Ensure that office supplies, equipment, and resources are stocked and available.
- Oversee maintenance of the office premises.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
- Internal Communication
- Serve as a communication link between the General Affairs Department and other departments within the organization.
- Ensure that important information is relayed to relevant stakeholders.
- HR Support
- Assist in employee onboarding processes, such as preparing orientation materials or setting up workstations.
- Maintain employee records and support general HR activities as required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by YHCCF.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business Administration, International Relations, Management, or related field
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Proficient in Khmer and English (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and basic office software
- Filing, scheduling, documentation, office management
Soft Skills

General Affairs Interns
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative duties: data entry, printing, stamping, scanning, filing, etc.
- Support the preparation of documents, including letters, reports, meeting minutes, and internal forms.
- Help coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and team activities (venue setup, refreshments, equipment, etc.).
- Maintain internal records and monitor office supplies.
- Provide assistance during YHCCF programs and events (registration, ushering, logistics, etc.).
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Support office organization and cleanliness when necessary.
- Assist in coordinating schedules and follow-up communications with partners and members.
- Report daily tasks and updates.
- Share relevant information and progress on ongoing activities.

Communication Assistant
Position Circumstances

- Content Creation and Design
- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional materials using Canva or similar design tools.
- Draft and format written contents, including captions, posts, and announcements.
- Assist in producing short-form video content and reels for social media platforms.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Ensure all content aligns with YHCCF's branding guidelines and communication strategy.
- Events & Campaign Communication
- Support the communication and promotion of YHCCF events (e.g., Youth Renaissance Competition, Young Entrepreneur Exchange Program, etc.)
- Assist in developing event promotional materials, invitations, and post-event recap content.
- Note: Perform other tasks assigned by the International Relations Office and YHCCF.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer; Chinese is a plus
