Announcement Description

UWS’ vision is to achieve Zero Education Poverty (ZEP) - a world where every child can reach their full potential through education. We work to ensure that children in remote and marginalised communities can access quality, inclusive education by running schools, training teachers and strengthening national education systems. Guided by three strategic goals (Quality, Sustainability, and Scale), UWS empowers children to achieve foundational

learning in safe and inclusive environments while strengthening community and government capacity to sustain these outcomes.

Our vision is Zero Education Poverty

UWS is now proposing a new approach to implement ZEP through the School Partnership Model. This pilot aims to demonstrate how coordinated, government-led efforts, supported by UWS’s technical coordination and facilitation, can improve foundational learning

outcomes while reducing dropout and repetition rates. By aligning closely with the Education Strategic Plan 2025–2030 and the Model Primary School Standards, the pilot will serve as a proof of concept for scalable, sustainable educational improvement across Cambodia.
