UNFPA Cambodia CO requests the services for a national consultant trainer to undertake an assignment to support with training health staff who serve in One Stop Service Units (OSSU) for survivors of gender-based violence in Cambodia. The scope of assignment includes assisting an international consultant to design the training package covering the OSSU Guidelines and Guidance Note and conducting four trainings (one at the national level and three at the sub-national level).
- English - Fluent
- Master's Degree in gender, social work or related field.
- At least of experience in working with gender-based violence and sexual reproductive health programme development for 5 years
- Demonstrated understanding of GBV multi-sectoral response mechanism and health response to GBV including global and regional SOP for case management.
- Expert knowledge of national policies and legal frameworks on GBV with a proven understanding of existing national and subnational data on GBV.
- Experience working in or familiarity with the Cambodia context or in South Asia required.
- Proven experience in delivering training related to GBV, SRHR, multi-sectoral response to GBV, health sectoral response to GBV, or GBV case management, to the national and sub-national authorities in Cambodia.
- Proven experience in working collaboratively with local experts in providing capacity building to the national government.
- Excellent Khmer and English language skills.
