Job Summary:
The Fundraising Officer works in a highly-skilled team responsible for raising US$3,500,000 per year for the hospital from overseas donors. This role focuses primarily on engaging international potential individual donors, especially those who visit AHC. AHC's existing portfolio of international donors consists of both regular, repeat, and new givers from around the world who contribute to AHC’s mission to improve healthcare for children in Cambodia. This role supports the International Fundraising Team to engage new, existing, and lapsed donors with timely updates and facilitates conversations on renewing and increasing support. The Fundraising Officer closely supports programme and senior colleagues in building relationships with donors and planning for donor engagement activities such as hospital on site visits and tours.

- Manage and steward a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, ensuring consistent engagement, follow-up, and accurate record keeping
- Work closely with the AHC Visitor Centre to engage visitors, capture donor interests, and ensure timely, personalised follow-up to convert visits into long-term donor relationships
- Coordinate donor visits, meetings, and in-country engagements, acting as a focal point for logistics and internal alignment
- Maintain donor pipelines, contact reports, and stewardship actions in Salesforce
- Act as a liaison between fundraising, finance, communications, and operations to ensure smooth donor experiences and high-quality proposals and reports
- Support the Fundraising Team with administrative tasks such as purchase requests, physical asset tracking, and producing communications collaterals
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, communications, international development) or equivalent professional experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships with donors and partners, with an understanding of different donor motivations and communication styles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent planning, time management, and organisational abilities
- Highly motivated and able to work independently to agreed goals and targets
- Adaptable and flexible to the changing circumstances and needs of the role, including the flexibility of working hours to ensure coordination with key colleagues and donors in different locations and time zones.
- Able to work under pressure such as meeting key projects and reporting deadline

General Description
The Social worker will join a small, supportive team that is an integral component of Angkor Hospital for Children. The Social worker will be responsible for helping individual patients and their families or caretakers to overcome psychosocial challenges while they are staying in Angkor Hospital for Children or as outpatients, and work closely with social work team leader. The social worker will be responsible for responding to the psychosocial needs of patients and their families or caretakers. The social worker will work to provide quality case management including emotional and counselling support, financial support, social services intervention for child protection-related issues, and appropriate provide referrals and advocacy as required. The social worker will work with AHC staff as well as local authorities and NGOs.

- Conduct psychological assessments
- Conduct Financial Assessments
- Provide emotional/counselling support and social service consultations
- Organize and manage support as need from hospital
- Collaborate with local authorities, and other social services agencies or NGOs in order to provide holistic social service support to patients and families.
- Cooperate with medical staff to provide quality care to patient and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and meetings regarding child protection and support patients and their families or caretakers
- Facilitate medical examinations and process evidence records as needed
- Follow up and visit patients and their families at their home if needed
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
- Participate in training and team meetings
- Provide supervision to other staff and assist with management of difficult cases.

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (encouragement), Social Work, or other related fields.
- Experience working with vulnerable children especially children who have been abused including (physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, neglected, and other forms of child abuse)
- Experience providing emotional support and counselling
- Experience working in assessment of financial condition
- Experience working in Social work field is a plus
- Previous experience working in medical setting is a plus but NOT required
- Ability to use (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good written and spoken English and Khmer
- Willing to going out to community to assess patient condition
- Willing to work in the community or with local authorities/NGOs as needed
