Junior Nurse

- Perform all nursing procedures in accordance with SGMC protocols
- Deliver patient-centered care with a compassionate and professional attitude
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, reporting any abnormalities promptly
- Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with other departments within SGMC
- Ensure strict confidentiality of patient information at all times
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation of patient records
- Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant working environment in line with healthcare standards and infection control protocols
- Manage and maintain medical equipment, ensuring proper functionality and calibration
