Front Desk Supervisor
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm
Salary: competitive salary package, commission, bonus based on performance delivery
Job Summary
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible to deliver excellent customer service and efficient coordination between parents, students, and back-office staff. This role involves managing enrollment, maintaining security and hygiene standards, and ensuring the facility operates efficiently.
- Responsible for student enrollment including providing the accurate information, entrance test booking, documentation, fee collection.
- Deliver excellent customer service experience to parents and students and coordinate with back-office teams for seamless administrative support.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Supervise teams to monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility-related needs. Ensure compliance with school safety and security protocols (visitor sign-ins, ID checks, emergency procedures).
- Oversee cleanliness and hygiene standards in common areas, coordinating with janitorial staff.
- Liaise with different departments (academics, finance, transportation) for smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions and perform other tasks assigned by the school’s management
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.
- Experience: at least 1 year in front office/administrative roles at International School or similar service setting. Fresh graduates with high academic performance record and proven proof of resiliency are encouraged to apply. Management trainee training program can be provided to potential fresh graduates who are qualified and fast to learn and adapt.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills both in English and Khmer
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies calmly.
