Front Desk (1 Position)
This position for Afternoon Shift
Reports to: Head of Concierge
- Providing customer service to tenants, visitors, suppliers
- Allocated arrival rooms and prepared guest’s registration form/contract given to tenant sign upon check-in
- Handle tenant check-in & tenant check out
- Handle payment collection/deposit/refund upon tenant check-in and check-out
- Cross check all billing instructions and updated in front desk system
- Generated rental invoice/receipt from front desk system and given to tenants
- Updated tenant’s profile in the front desk system to ensure that it is accurate and correct information.
- Update on daily front desk’s logbook with up to date tasks related tenant inquiry with action plan and follow up
- Handle telephone operator system both incoming call & outgoing call.
- Managed front desk & lobby areas clean and well organize to ensure on a high level of service and hospitality is provided to all tenants
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick action, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Build a strong relationship with tenant and liaise with all other departments such as housekeeping, leasing, accounting, maintenance departments and security guards
- Handle emergency situation such as flood, electricity cut off, fire alarm resetting, medical emergency.…etc
- Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor/manager
- Completed of high school or bachelor degree in Hospitality
- 2-3 years of working experience as related skill at serviced apartment/hotels
- Good communication Khmer/English both writing and speaking
- Good problem solving and decision making skills
- Good attitude and pleasant
- Honestly and hardworking
- Computer literate (Ms. Office and Email)
