Freelance Instructors of English

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Hourly Rate: $8-$12/ Per Hour

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Planning and preparing courses and lessons;
  • Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of students;
  • Maintaining good order and discipline among students in accordance with school policies;
  • Participating, if required, in planning staff development and performance review;
  • Performing other relevant and assigned teacher related tasks
Requirements:
  • Holding Bachelor Degree in TEFL or equivalent certificate;
  • Having 1 or 2 year(s) of experience of English teaching;
  • Being able to work independently and with a team
 
 

Customer Service Supervisor

Position Circumstances

  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $350 - $400
Position Summary

Department : Academic Department

Working Hour: Monday to Friday and Half Saturday Morning (8:00am -12:00pm & 2:00pm-7:00pm)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise all the customer service staff;
  • Ensure smooth process from walk-in to registration;
  • Be in charge of the calling customer service calling committee ;
  • Entering, filling and keeping students’ data;
  • Monitor and control student attendance;
  • Keep and maintain all relevant documentation ;
  • Facilitate and create students’ ID card;
  • Ensure the customer services are all well inform of any updates, events or promotions;
  • Be the main communication and information sources for the customer services, the school and students;
  • In charge of reposing back on Facebook inquiry for pages: CAM-ASEAN pages
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution;
  • Other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
  • Holding Bachelor Degree in management or other relevant fields;
  • Having at least 1 year experience;
  • Being creative, energetic, outgoing with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Being able to deal and interact well students, parents and clients;
  • Good command of English language.
 
 

Admin and Marketing Officer

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Admin / Supervisory, Sales / Marketing
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $280 - $320
Position Summary

Department: Corporate Training Department

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist Corporate Training Department on administrative such as typing and printing documents, making copies;
  • Arrange and take minutes of the meeting;
  • Be in charge of the documentation (minutes, training checklist, assessment form, placement tests, etc.);
  • Facilitate department’s trainings and trainers;
  • Be in charge of coordinate and facilitate department’s events and preparation;
  • Assist department on marketing aspect such as meeting and answering clients ‘enquiries;
  • Other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
  • Holding Bachelor Degree in administration or other relevant fields;
  • Having an experience is a plus;
  • Being creative, energetic, outgoing with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Being able to deal and interact well with clients;
  • Good command of English language.
