ISF is seeking a qualified Football Programme Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Football Programme Administrator supports the effective implementation and management of ISF’s football activities and events. This role assists the Head of Football and Football Programme Coordinator with administrative tasks, event organization, data collection, reporting, and communication. The position also helps maintain the sports grounds, manage equipment. Overall, the role ensures smooth coordination and delivery of football programmes that combine sports, education, and social impact.
Contract Type: UDC (following successful completion of a three-month probation period)
Accountability and Relationship:
- Reports to the Football Programme Coordinator/Head of football
- Is part of a team consisting of all the staff who work for ISF
Working hours
- Monday to Friday, 8: 00 AM to 12: 00 PM and 2: 00 PM to 5:00 PM, 7 hours a day unless otherwise agreed with the Head of Football Programme.
- Administration & Office Support
- Handle daily administrative tasks to support the football department.
- Prepare documents, letters, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and help with meeting arrangements.
- Take minutes during meetings and record decisions and action points.
- Manage stationery stock and office supplies.
- Assist with organizing internal meetings, trainings, and workshops, including materials and logistics.
- Attend staff meetings with the ISF Cambodian team.
- Event & Programme Support
- Support planning and organisation of football events, including weekly leagues, annual tournaments, football festivals and other activities.
- Prepare logistics and materials needed for football events.
- Assist with procurement of materials and equipment for both daily use and football events.
- Monitor and follow up on shop contracts and ensure renewals happen before expiry.
- Support event delivery on weekends:
- Attend Sunday leagues
- Attend tournaments and other scheduled events
- Assist with international shipments, coordinating delivery and exchange of football equipment with partner teams.
- Equipment, Storage & Procurement Support
- Help storeroom staff organise football materials: ensure proper storage, labelling, and easy access.
- Track inventory and ensure equipment is maintained and replaced when needed.
- Assist with equipment requests from staff and prepare items for events and activities.
- Data Collection, Reporting & Communication
- Collect, organise, and prepare data for reports (internal and external).
- Translate (simple) and interpret (when necessary) documents from Khmer to English or English to Khmer.
- Update and maintain daily attendance records for football staff.
- Sports Ground & Transport Support
- Work at the ISF sports ground 1 day per week to support field operations.
- Work with sports ground staff to ensure the field is clean, safe, and properly prepared.
- Work closely with the football driver to maintain buses and motorcycles: cleanliness, safety checks, and general upkeep.
- Staff Coordination
- Follow up the assigned staff tasks schedule to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide support to team members.
- Monitor tasks and report issues or progress to your line manager.
- Assist in delegating tasks so work is shared fairly.
- Support team members to identify their training needs and help organise development opportunities.

- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Accounting or a related field.
- At least experience for 2 years
- Good administrative & computer skills.
- Good English written and spoken.
