- Food assistant manager position or assisting in F&B field at an international industry for 3 years as a minimum
- Having experience in making Pizza is an advantage (Doing Italian Pizza products)
- Have experience in managing and coordinating human resources
- Have experience in food quality management
- Experience in managing operating costs: labor costs, raw material costs, utility costs, profit and loss report analysis, food loss.
- Ability to train and plan training for the team
- Have experience working with other departments.
- Ability to build operating procedures for restaurants
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- English: Good communication ability
- Basic computer skills (work, excel...)
- Have experience using software to manage work hours, purchases, inventory, ...
- English: Advanced level in speaking and writing;
- Understanding COGS management is a plus

HR and Admin Intern

Internship Duration: 6 months
Working Schedule: 5 working days per week
- Support daily HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records.
- Assist with HR documentation, filing, and data management.
- Update and maintain employee information in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Support HR compliance by assisting with labor-related documentation, employee records, and ensuring HR files are complete and up to date.
- Assist in preparing documents required for internal and external audits, labor inspections, and regulatory compliance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor and control the inventory of employee uniforms and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repair with vendors when needed.
- Support the cleanliness and hygiene of the office by coordinating with the cleaning team and ensuring office facilities are well maintained.
- Assist in processing and monitoring office-related payments, including office rent/building management fees, electricity, water, internet, parking, telephone/mobile services, courier services, and other administrative expenses, ensuring invoices and supporting documents are complete and submitted on time.
- Prepare HR reports and other administrative documents as assigned.
