JOB SUMMARY
The Fleet Officer plays an important role in vehicle management and maintenance and monitors the performance of all drivers whilst supporting and securing employees during travelling in or outside the city. Coordination of all transportation matters within the organization, organizing schedules & routes, ensuring all vehicles are safe and meeting legal requirements. To ensure all VIYA vehicles are compliant with the policies and procedures of the transportation security administration.

REPORT TO: Finance Administration and Compliance Manager
WORKING DAY: Monday to Friday

- Bachelor’s degree in management or Vehicle Mechanic Certification, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a transport department and Mechanical background.
- Extensive driving and good at driving skill with valid vehicle driver’s license
- Good knowledge of transportation, health and safety
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of administrative work
- Service orientation and time Management
- Planning, organizing, and conflict resolution abilities
- Good knowledge in Khmer and English Language (Writing, reading, speaking)
- Windows systems, MS Word and MS Excel, Email and internet
