Position Title: Junior Financial Staff
Organization: People Medical Cooperation International (PMCI) Cambodia
Position Summary:
PMCI Cambodia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Staff to support our financial and administrative operations. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited work experience who are passionate about contributing to healthcare services for underserved communities.

- Financial Support & Budget Assistance
- Assist in preparing simple budgets for outreach and community programs.
- Help track day-to-day income and expenses.
- Provide support in preparing financial summaries for internal and external use.
- Ensure spending follows basic budget guidelines.
- Basic Accounting & Record Keeping
- Help maintain organized records of receipts, invoices, and payment forms.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Support processing of staff and supplier payments.
- Work with the team to ensure documents are properly filed and up to date.
- Donor & Project Fund Tracking
- Help collect and organize documents needed for donor reports.
- Assist in tracking spending for specific projects or grants.
- Prepare basic documentation for review or audits.
- Administrative, Compliance & SNS Support
- Support simple procurement tasks such as gathering quotations.
- Help ensure payments and processes follow NGO policies and local regulations.
- Assist in creating and posting content (photos, short texts) on PMCI’s Facebook page and other platforms to share updates about our work.
- Collaborate with staff to gather stories or photos from medical outreach activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or expected graduation within 3 months).
- Up to 1 year of relevant work or internship experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a nonprofit working environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work in a supportive team environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Khmer.
Nurse (1 Position)
The position is for mobile service

- Provide primary nursing care during outreach clinics, including wound care, vaccinations, and patient monitoring.
- Assist doctors with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
- Conduct basic diagnostic tests (e.g., blood sugar, hemoglobin, urine tests) as needed.
- Administer medications and educate patients on disease prevention and hygiene.
- Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation of treatments provided.
- Prepare and manage medical supplies for mobile clinics.
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with the outreach team to coordinate logistics and patient flow.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- Experience in primary healthcare or community health preferred.
- Ability to perform basic diagnostic tests and provide patient education.
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills for working in remote settings.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
