POSITION SUMMARY
- The Financial Manager will oversee the daily financial, accounting, budgeting, cashflow, procurement, and internal control operations of the resort.
- The Financial Manager will play an important operational leadership role in ensuring financial discipline, cost control, operational efficiency, asset protection, and accurate financial reporting while supporting management and ownership with financial analysis and operational reporting.
- This role requires the candidate to live and work on the island full-time.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and cashflow reports
- Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and resort financial performance
- Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with Cambodian regulations and accounting standards • Assist with annual budgeting and financial forecasting
- Ensure timely reconciliation of all accounts and banking records
- Cashflow & Cost Control
- Monitor operational cashflow and working capital
- Control procurement, inventory, and operational expenses
- Implement and maintain internal financial control systems
- Ensure proper handling of resort cash, deposits, collections, and disbursements
- Monitor payroll and staff-related expenses
- Asset Protection & Compliance
- Support protection of company assets through financial controls
- Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of financial records and contracts
- Ensure tax compliance and support government reporting requirements
- Support audits and financial inspections
- Operational Support
- Work closely with the CEO and department heads
- Support operational cost control and revenue monitoring
- Assist management with financial analysis and reporting
- Participate in improving operational efficiency and financial systems
- Team Supervision
- Supervise accounting and finance staff
- Promote discipline, professionalism, and accountability
- Assist with staff training and financial SOP implementation

Languages:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Work History:
- Finance/accounting experience for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, or tourism industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting
- Strong integrity and financial discipline
- Khmer and English communication skills preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- The Marketing Manager will lead the resort’s branding, marketing, promotional campaigns, digital presence, and guest attraction strategies.
- The Marketing Manager will play a key role in positioning the resort as a premium eco-tourism destination in Cambodia while supporting management in increasing market awareness, partnerships, occupancy, and long-term brand value.
- This role requires the candidate to live and work on the island full-time.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Branding & Marketing
- Develop and implement the resort’s marketing and branding strategies
- Build the resort’s identity as a luxury eco-tourism destination
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand image across all platforms
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage the resort’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, website, and online presence
- Create engaging content including photos, videos, promotional materials, and storytelling campaigns
- Coordinate photography, videography, and media production
- Monitor digital marketing performance and audience engagement Sales & Partnership Support
- Assist in developing partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, influencers, and media partners
- Support promotional events, tourism campaigns, and business networking
- Coordinate resort presentations and promotional materials
- Guest Experience & Market Positioning
- Support management in understanding tourism market trends and guest preferences
- Assist in developing guest experience concepts and promotional packages
- Help position the resort within luxury and eco-tourism markets

- Prepare monthly marketing activity reports
- Monitor marketing budgets and campaign effectiveness
