Financial Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a Vietnamese-speaking candidate who is passionate about the finance sector. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided in a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing loan applications from the initial consultation through to final approval and settlement. You will work closely with brokers and lenders to gather documentation, assess applicant eligibility, ensure compliance with lending policies, and submit accurate loan files.

The role also requires managing multiple applications efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy, as well as communicating effectively with all parties to ensure a smooth and timely lending process.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Liaise regularly with allocated broker(s) in Australia to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Create and maintain accurate customer records within the provided CRM system
  • Complete and compile lending applications based on collected data
  • Provide regular updates on active opportunities and report on any outstanding information or documentation
  • Undertake other tasks as directed by the allocated broker
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Vietnamese and English proficiency (both written and spoken)
  • Fresh graduate is highly encouraged to apply
  • Skills and Experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong data entry and record-keeping skills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements, payslips, and lending documents
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
