Financial Analyst

- Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Track and report production costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for both internal management and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage the use of fixed assets, ensuring accurate allocation and depreciation tracking.
- Review monthly stock usage reports and provide actionable insights.
- Evaluate sub-contractor contracts to ensure alignment with approved project budgets.
- Collaborate in the development of project budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare accurate revenue projections and cash flow forecasting to support strategic planning.
- Monitor and analyze budget vs. actual costs for all ongoing projects.
- Engage with clients to resolve claims, clarify discrepancies, and facilitate timely approvals—enhancing client relationships and supporting healthy cash flow.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA pursuing or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, cost control, or project accounting.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in budget management, financial reporting, and cost tracking in a project-driven environment.
