Working Hours: 8am – 12pm, 2pm – 5pm Monday to Friday
Manages day-to-day financial transactions, ensures donor compliance, and supports income and asset documentation. Acts as the first point of entry for financial data.
- Prepare and process payment vouchers, advances, petty cash
- Communicates with program/admin/supplier staff to verify payment requests, advance clearances, petty cash usage, supporting documents, or compliance gaps
- Ensure expenditures are properly documented and donor-compliant

- Maintain accurate transaction records in accounting software
- File supporting documents for all income, expense, and asset transactions
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
- Support Finance Manager in procurement and compliance checks
- Responsible for executing additional finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager to support team and organizational goals.

- Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role for 1 to 3 years as a minimum
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other accounting software is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting, general ledger functions, and the month-end/year-end close process.
- Demonstrated experience in accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Familiarity with tax filing preparations and compliance regulations.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,..) and the Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level capability in Excel.
- Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as applicable.
