Finance Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with Cambodian tax regulations and accounting standards. This role supervises the accounting team, supports audits, and drives process improvements.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee general accounting functions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure timely compliance with Cambodian tax laws (VAT, WHT, CIT, TOS, etc.).
  • Support quarterly and annual audits, including corporate financial controls audits.
  • Assess current accounting practices and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Supervise and develop accounting staff, including performance management and training.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, tax authorities, and internal teams.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

Languages:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Work History:
  • Managerial experience in finance for 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).

Internal Auditor

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Payment Review & Verification
  • Audit vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other disbursements for accuracy and legitimacy.
  • Verify supporting documentation (invoices, approvals, contracts).
  • Ensure payments comply with company policies and delegated authority limits.
  • Review duplicate, unusual, or high-risk transactions.
  • Internal Controls & Compliance
  • Evaluate effectiveness of payment controls and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax rules, and internal procedures.
  • Monitor segregation of duties within the payment process.
  • Support SOX or internal control testing where applicable.
  • Fraud Detection & Risk Management
  • Identify potential fraud indicators and payment anomalies.
  • Perform data analytics to detect suspicious payment patterns.
  • Investigate payment discrepancies and escalate issues.
  • Maintain fraud risk logs and follow up on remediation.

Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Officer will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement across KFK’s restaurant outlets.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for food and beverage promotions
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with designers and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and appealing customer experiences
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Coordinate online and offline marketing activities, including events, promotions, and partnerships
  • Oversee customer feedback channels and support initiatives to improve service quality
  • Prepare marketing reports and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making

Collaborates with the team to develop creative concepts, ensures timely delivery, and maintains organized video assets. Requires strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Shoot and edit high-quality video content.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Work with a team to plan video concepts.
  • Edit videos with music, subtitles, and graphics.
  • Organize and manage video files following the deadline.
