The Finance Manager will play a critical role in safeguarding the company's financial health and supporting sustainable business growth. This position is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, cost management, cash flow optimization, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making across our denim manufacturing operations.

- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management review.
- Analyze operational and manufacturing performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Deliver financial insights to enhance profitability, efficiency, and cost control.
- Costing and Inventory Management
- Oversee product costing, including raw materials, trims, labor, and manufacturing overhead.
- Maintain and enhance standard costing systems and variance analysis processes.
- Monitor inventory valuation and stock movements for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Partner with production and procurement teams to improve material utilization and minimize waste.
- Cash Flow and Working Capital Management
- Monitor daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Manage credit control, customer collections, and supplier payments.
- Optimize working capital through effective management of receivables, payables, and inventory.
- Liaise with banks for trade finance, letters of credit (LC), and foreign currency transactions.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and Cambodian regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies.
- Manage documentation and compliance related to VAT, export incentives, and bonded warehouse operations where applicable.
- Strategic and Operational Support
- Support management in evaluating investments, expansion initiatives, and operational improvement projects.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and return-on-investment analyses.
- Participate in pricing strategy discussions to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Recommend process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal control enhancements.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Accounting team.
- Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Production, HR, Procurement, Sales, and other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Finance Manager, Finance Controller, or Senior Accounting role for 5 years as a minimum
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or MBA are highly preferred.
- Previous experience within manufacturing environments is required; garment, textile, or denim industry experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and international financial reporting standards.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems such as Xero, Skala, CIN7, or equivalent platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of Cambodian tax regulations and labor compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Production Manager

We are hiring a Production Manager who is responsible for solving all production-related difficulties and take immediate action against every problem. Production Manager also plays a critical role in the denim production process as well as controls the overall production process throughout the factory including develops and trains the whole production team. This role is opened for local and expat
- Ensuring quality standard being inspected and implemented with in the production process
- Ensuring of the daily target output and effectiency being acheived especially developing and overseeing production schedules to meet customer demads and shipment deadlines
- Ensuring the approved sewing layout and machinery setup being implemented correctly/properly
- On-time support to the sewing team and quickly address any bottleneck occuring within the sewing lines
- Ensuring sewing operators equiped with enough skills and follow quality standard/sewing instruction. Provide training, guidance and performance evaluations to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce
- Ensuring the SMS being completed on time
- Cross department coordination
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and sales teams to ensure alignment on production requirements and timelines.
- Analyzing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Implementing LEAN and 5s manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilizing technical knowledge of denim production, including fabric treatments, washing, and finishing processes.
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues related to machinery, materials, and techniques in collaboration with mechanical team
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Conduct a regular meeting with production team and relevant departments to share the production status and update information to Management Team as well as Head Quarter Office if needed
- Develop SOP and necessary procedures/tools for the production department and share with management team for feedback and approval; and
- Actively participate in the management team addressing daily tasks and issues happening in the factory and in the company.
- Bachelor's Degree in textile engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
- Production supervisor or manager role, preferably in a denim factory for 5 to 10 years as a minimum
- Strong understanding of denim manufacturing processes, including weaving, dyeing and finishing
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical production issues
- Clear communication with different teams, including merchandising, QC, mechanic, washing, and warehouse.
