The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall financial performance of the resort. Key responsibilities include managing revenue, cash flow, and expenses to maximize profitability, as well as leading strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of related experience including 3 years in manager roles
- Excellent financial and business acumen with proven budgeting and forecasting expertise.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in leadership, delegation, performance management, and team development.
Learning & Development Manager

The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training and development programs. This role includes conducting skills assessments, creating learning strategies, and organizing training sessions to ensure staff readiness to success in their roles and professional growth. S/he will also promote a learning culture within the organization, contributing to operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.
