The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall financial performance of the resort. Key responsibilities include managing revenue, cash flow, and expenses to maximize profitability, as well as leading strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of related experience including 3 years in manager roles.
- Excellent financial and business acumen with proven budgeting and forecasting expertise.
- Skilled in leadership, delegation, performance management, and team development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
Human Resources Manager

Provides HR leadership and expertise for a designated property, handling workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, compensation, employee relations and compliance, staff safety, welfare and engagement, and corporate social responsibility. Ensures HR strategies align with business objectives to drive employee satisfaction and business success.
