Group Finance Manager
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly Financial Statements, Close income statement/balance sheet
- Check monthly cash flow, bank statement, monthly tax report and monthly payroll
- Supervise daily operations of the accounting and finance department
- Setting up the policies for the operation of account department
- Prepare all financial management reports and ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Prepare the document required by the auditor during the internal/External audit
- Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of revenues and expenses
- Review all financial documents and formats to comply with the company’s accounting and financial policy manual
- Ensure accurate reports and recommend corrective measures to senior management for cost reductions and earning improvement
- Check all sales promotions and sales scheme profitability before approval from top management, according to remaining profit and break-even point
- Check sales incentive calculation monthly according to target, all expenses for top management
- Preparation of the Group’s Divisions monthly profit and loss accounts
- Work with the board to review potential disposals and acquisitions
- Ensure high standards of financial control are maintained throughout
- Overseeing the production of the year-end statutory financial statements and management accounts
- Management of group and board reporting, working capital management
- Overall management of the finance team
- Response to public inquiries to meet DGM/GM/Executive Director/CEO
- Other tasks assigned by DGM/GM/Executive Director/CEO
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Finance/Accounting, ACCA Certificate or Pursuing.
Work History:
- Working experience in Finance and Accounting or related fields for 7 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel Skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables
- Experience with Oracle Financial Analyzer or equivalent, and Business Intelligence, a plus
Soft Skills
- Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines, and have a very positive work attitude
