- As Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our finance and accounting functions, ensuring transparency, compliance, and efficiency. Your key duties include:
- Develop and implement effective finance, accounting, and control processes
- Oversee SOP development, staff training, and compliance monitoring
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and consolidated reports
- Manage financial reporting, cash flow planning, and payroll operations
- Coordinate and review both Financial Accounting (FA) and Management Accounts (MA)
- Conduct budget vs. actual analysis, cost control, and variance reporting
- Lead investment project evaluations and business scenario studies
- Oversee fixed asset (CAPEX) and expense control
- Ensure tax compliance, audits, and legal/contract obligations are met
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, KPI and reporting accuracy
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience:
- 7–8 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, tax, or compliance roles
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowleadge of financial management, budgeting, and tax compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, power point), email, and internet tools
- Good command of written and spoken English
