Finance Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Prepare and submit the weekly Cash on Hand report to management.
- Prepare, control, and manage all financial documents and filing systems.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Manage cash flow, bank accounts, and payment processes.
- Handle banking-related tasks as assigned.
- Maintain accurate financial records and company system data.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
- Review financial reports, audit reports, and other reports related to business activities.
- Consolidate payroll, ensuring accurate donor allocations, proper calculation of income tax, National Social Security Fund (NSSF), and Seniority Indemnity (SI).
- Ensure staff salaries and other statutory payments are made on a timely basis.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax, labor, and trust regulations.
- Respond to external audits and tax assessment audits.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with regulators and external auditors.
- Supervise, train, and develop finance team members.
- Maintain professionalism, respect, and effective communication with colleagues and partners.
- Perform other tasks assigned by top management.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian accounting standards, tax regulations, and labor law.
- Experience in managing and motivating a finance team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in both English and Khmer.
- Good Computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email)
- Flexible, able to work under pressure and complete work with deadlines.
