Finance Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators.
- Fixed Asset Management:
- Oversee the management and accounting of fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of fixed asset transactions.
- Accounting:
- Manage the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Oversee the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Supervise the AP and AR functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Implement and maintain effective credit control procedures.
- Purchasing:
- Oversee the purchasing process, ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
- Liaise with external tax advisors and authorities as needed
- Treasury Functions:
- Manage the organization’s treasury operations, including cash management, banking relationships, and investment activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
- Stock Control:
- Oversee inventory management and stock control processes.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of inventory transactions.
- Investment Management:
- Develop and implement investment strategies to optimize the organization’s portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze investment performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Financial Forecasting:
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Analyze financial data to predict future financial trends and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant information for accurate forecasting.
- Provide recommendations on investment opportunities and risk management

- Knowledge
- Degree(s) from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance | CAT qualification | ACCA Student
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Accounting Management and Finance in Food & Beverages.
- Skills
- Have good communication in English and Chinese is a plus
- Have advanced computer skills, including Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis and forecasting, and accounting principles
- Experience in developing accounting SOP
- Experience with Cambodia Tax and legal compliance
- Good knowledge in purchasing, stock control, fixed asset, inventory, and treasury
