Announcement Positions

Finance Intern

Position Summary

Salary:  $220/ month and other allowance

Duration of Contract: 6 months (with possible extension)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Finance Task:
  • Assist the finance team in reviewing the CA, SLT, and RMB (allowable from AFO/AFA)
  • Filling documents
  • Assist in scanning all weekly transactions of General Ledger’s supporting documents to drive
  • Follow up with project staff and partners to collect settlement documents on time
  • Another finance task assigned by the line supervisor
  • Administration Task:
  • Asset/Inventory counting and conducting physical checks with admin team property in the office-based
  • Work with the drivers to schedule and maintain the project car
  • Assist in purchasing office supplies and materials for project staff and partners as needed
  • Support on venue arrangement for training/workshop
  • Another admin task assigned by the direct supervisor
  • Expectation of the learning:
  • At the end of the period, the intern would have learned:
  • Understand the workflow and procedure of the financial process
  • Improve the knowledge and get aware of the routine work at all levels (community to region and national)
  • Improve interpersonal skills through working as an intern who fully supports the finance team at the provincial level
  • Improve communication and management through daily or weekly tasks with internal and external partners
  • Gain more experiences relevant to finance skills which is the source for future career
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • University student / fresh graduate; Finance or Accounting and Banking major is preferred
  • Intermediate level English knowledge in writing
  • Knowledge of administrative or customer service work is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word &Excel)
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks under a specific turn-around time
 
 

Sponsorship Intern

Position Summary

Location: Kampong Thom Province -Kampong Svay office

Salary: $220/ month and other allowance

Duration of Hiring: 05 months

The overall purpose for hiring this intern:

This internship will learn and support on

  1. S/he will support the administration such as printing documents, making room arrangements, and scheduling interview arrangements.
  2. S/he will support filling out documents
  3. S/he will assist the supervisor with other tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the P&C team
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Update and enter child data monitoring record in to system.
  • Review and upload child media contents (photo and video).
  • Check quality and translate sponsor letters and all kinds of correspondence from Khmer to English and from English to Khmer.
  • Other tasks assignment by support supervisor,
  • Filing and Personal File Management:
  • Filling Register Children file properly.
  • Assist in filling all sponsorship tasks.
  • General Administrative Support:
  • Assist the supervisor on tracking and horizon mobile in and out from fields.
  • Assist the supervisor to manage all correspondences and document in and out from fields staffs and partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitive information of all register children.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • University students/ Fresh graduate information technology major is preferred.
  • Intermediate level in English knowledge in writing.
  • Knowledge of administrative or customer service work in place.
  • Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks under a specific turnaround time.
