Finance Intern
Contract length: 6 months.
Save the Children will offer:
- USD 150 per month covering of stipend.
- Reimburse any expenses incurred, if they are required travel outside work base station, while undertaking work on behalf of SCI. This may include food allowance, accommodation and transport. The transport allowance will be offered only when Save the Children International vehicle is not available.
- Cover health and accident insurance during the internship with the organization.
- Provide internship certification at the end of the assignment.
- The Finance Intern supports the Finance Unit in ensuring timely and accurate financial operations for the Country Office. This includes month-end and year-end closing.
- Review financial documents and provide support to program staff in preparing finance vouchers.
- Ensure clear audit trail in all finance vouchers and documents
- Maintain finance vouchers filing and archive room
- Ensure the monthly finance documents are scanned and located in the appropriate folders.
- In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours.

- Qualifications and experience
- A Bachelor degree in relevant subject from an accredited University.

- Good team player, able to work closely with support services and program staff.
- Proven strong accounting with good attention to detail;
- Experience providing administrative support and undertaking procurement;
- Excellent Microsoft computer skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong commitment to the organisation and highly motivated person.

- Willing to travel and stay in the provinces to review and support field activities (if any);
- Willing to work in emergency situation;
- High commitment to perform the tasks to meet deadlines
Administration Intern
Contract length: 6 months.
Role Purpose
The intern is employed to support and learn to/from Administration and IT Officer of handling Administration tasks and fleet management. S/he also assist the team in assets and warehousing management as needed.
In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.

- University student or fresh undergraduate in Business Administration or related field
