Finance Coordinator (1 Position)
The job incumbent is required to properly accomplish the project sponsorship activities, form positive and close relationship with sponsored children, keep the long term relation with sponsors by providing progressive information, Provide reliable information to the national sponsorship department and give swift replies, ensure the implementation of the sponsorship policy support document, follows information on the general activities of the project and pass relevant information for the sponsorship department consumption.

- Oversee and ensure the financial management of project locations complies with local laws and the organization's policies.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records, including the review of vouchers, financial statements, and budget execution.
- Check and reconcile monthly the school fee on the unpaid and prepaid fee from the students vs statistics figure.
- Support projects in the preparation, evaluation, justification, and maintains of the budget and budget control.
- Monitor budget execution of project, evaluate accounting internal control systems identify communicate control risks, potential consequences recommendations.
- Monitor budget utilization and recommend adjustments to maintain financial stability.
- Provide technical support in forecasting income and expenses related to school projects and operations.
- Provide guidance on the efficient use of the organization's finance software system, ensuring alignment with updated versions and procedures.
- Conduct financial orientations and build capacity for project staff on financial policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain financial control systems, including performance appraisals and financial checklists, to ensure consistency across locations.
- Facilitate proper documentation of all financial transactions and ensure records are easily accessible for internal or external audits.
- Support projects on work with auditor regarding work of fiscal, administration in marking entries, reconciliation and prepare all necessary documents
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
- Collaborate with project teams to generate financial recommendations based on analytical insights from the data.
- Provide updates and reports on tax declarations and adherence to statutory financial obligations.
- Conduct regular financial monitoring and evaluation visits to project locations to assess compliance with organizational policies.
- Support audits and implement recommendations to strengthen financial management and operational efficiency.
- Continuously track and review the financial performance of projects, providing feedback to improve their financial capacity and practices

- Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in internal control, managing partner or grants preferably in education or project-based environments
- Good knowledge and understanding of accounting and budgeting plan, financial system and compliance
- Strong planning, budgeting, leadership, management, and legal compliance skills
- Ability to travel for SOS projects
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving results
- Experience in finance management, auditing, financial analysis, and process improvement (preferred)
- Experience with large-scale financial transactions and reporting (preferred)
- Establish feedback mechanisms for youth participants to inform program improvements.

Self-Sufficient Project Coordinator (1 Position)
The Self-Sufficient Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the management and growth of all self-sufficient projects run by SOS Children’s Villages Cambodia. These projects include the Education Project, Employment & Entrepreneurship Training (EET), Early Childhood Development (ECD), and the Herman Gmeiner School (EDU). The coordinator will lead and support project heads in their daily operations, ensure proper planning and financial management, and help develop strategies to generate income and maintain long-term sustainability.
In addition to operational management, the coordinator will work closely with different teams to make sure each project fulfills its social mission, improving the lives of children, youth, and families in need. This role also involves building partnerships, promoting the projects to the public, and ensuring that all activities are in line with the organization’s values and child protection standards.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow project revenue while upholding social mission objectives.
- Produce and review annual work plans for each self-sufficient project, aligned with organizational goals.

- Partnership Development and Networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key community stakeholders, partners, funders, and government institutions.
- Represent SOS Children’s Villages Cambodia in relevant donor meetings, forums, and sector networks.
- Facilitate donor roundtables, stakeholder briefings, and collaborative meetings to promote project alignment and support.
- Negotiate collaborations with government departments and align projects with national development priorities.

- Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting
- Monitor the impact and effectiveness of self-sufficient projects and recommend strategic adjustments as needed.
- Work with the Fund Development and Program teams to align reporting with the National Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP).
- Organize quarterly review meetings with program and finance teams to track results and refine interventions.
- Lead the preparation of semi-annual and annual performance reports in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Work with the Communications Officer to document and share compelling success stories for external and donor reporting.
- Maintain and manage a donor database, project reports, presentations, and reporting schedules.

- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A master’s degree in management, Marketing, or a related area is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience managing social projects, small businesses, or nonprofit initiatives.
- Experience with donor/corporate/government-funded programs is desirable.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Khmer.
- Experience in managing Facebook business pages, creating promotional content, and running paid social media campaigns to promote education for early childhood development and education projects.
- Proven skills in budget management, financial reporting, and strict cost control.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Khmer and English.

HR Volunteer (1 Position)
The HR Volunteer supervised by the HR Coordinator, supports HR tasks at the National Office and project locations. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, maintaining personnel records, , tracking attendance, and responding to local communications. The role also involves supporting various HROD functions as needed.

Youth Leader (1 Position)
A Youth Leader is responsible for accompanying young people to grow up in a secure way through guiding on their individual development plan toward an independent life. He works as a coach guiding young people, accompanies them through their career life, and contributes to the quality of youth care. Together with young people, the youth leader creates a great and safe environment where young people can grow, develop life skills, employability skills, and vocational skills in order to reach self-reliance and be able to be responsible for themselves in society. He works within the framework of SOS Children’s Villages organization standards and guidelines and the child rights-based approach.

- Supports in the transitioning process of young people from SOS Family Like Care to the youth care programme;
- Coordinates and oversees all phases of youth planning, especially to develop and identify sense of self-worth and individual development plan;
- Creates a secure and safe environment for and with young people, and actively interested in the young people’s school life, and extra-curricular activities, and motivates them to make necessary changes in order to empower young people to actively participate in making decisions that directly affect their lives through social skills;
- Builds up emotional bonds and stability with young people under care;
- Provides individual guidance, counselling and emotional support as a main care person;
- Consolidates the young people's training of household skills to enable them to autonomously keep a hygienic and homely living environment.

- Responsible for reporting any CS suspicion, concern, allegation, or incident immediately, following Child Safeguarding reporting procedures. CS reports should be made to the CS team at programme level, and/or respective line manager, and/or National Child Safeguarding focal person.
- Supports the young people in administration issues and ensures that all daily administrative routines in the youth facility/youth care programme are carried out;
