Prepare a budget plan for events, field visits, and purchases of office material, DSA, rental services, invoices, and receipts for payment.
Renew insurance staff.
Prepare payment / advance request.
Prepare payroll list, NSSF/Pension fund
Arrange VISA for internship.
Manage and make sure the hygiene in the office is clean.
Other task as required by country director.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
English - Good
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related (essential).
Work History:
Work experience as accountant for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
Experience of working with donor organizations (desirable)
Understanding of NSSF/pension fund, and tax
Understanding of the financial sector in Cambodia
Soft Skills
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines
Flexibility and willingness to up-skill as required by the tasks
Good command of the English language
